Orders and payment

Shipping and delivery

Standard maps typically ship within 3 business days. Custom projects have variable timelines based on complexity. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

Returns and refunds

Physical maps in unopened, original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus shipping costs. Custom maps created to your specifications are non-refundable once production begins. Maps with confirmed errors will be replaced at no charge.

Intellectual property

All map designs, cartographic data compilations, and website content are protected by copyright and owned by marsh-marmot. Purchasing a map grants you:

• Personal use rights for navigation and trip planning
• The right to make personal backup copies

You may not:

• Reproduce maps for commercial distribution
• Create derivative works based on our cartographic data
• Digitally scan and distribute our maps without permission

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• marsh-marmot is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of our maps
• We do not guarantee that maps are error-free or suitable for all purposes
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product
